NZDAC 2024 Physical Preparation

This online class is scheduled for the four months leading up to NZDAC 2024. This class will include: * Discussion of appropriate timing of breaks and what to do over an agility break, and how to get your dog back into agility work * Discussion of the overall timeline of preparation * Regular fitness workouts throughout this period * Agility training exercises * Discussion of how much fitness and agility to do and why * Discussion of what and when to access other professionals during your preparation * Discussion of how to increase work in preparation for nationals, and when to decrease prior to the event * Care for your canine athlete over the event * A discussion of how to help your canine athlete recover from the event
